方法一：

1. 先以熱水沖洗茶杯。
2. 放入1粒陳皮欖及少量食鹽。
3. 注入熱開水浸泡約15分鐘即可飲用。
   

方法二：

1. 將陳皮欖直接放入熱開水中。
2. 浸泡約30分鐘後飲用。
3. 可按個人口味加入更多熱開水。

Method 1:

1. Rinse the cup with hot water.
2. Add 1 preserved olive and a small amount of salt.
3. Pour in boiling water and steep for approximately 15 minutes.
   

Method 2:
Place the preserved olive directly into hot water.

1. Steep for approximately 30 minutes.
2. Refill with hot water according to taste.
